TIPS

¤ Most Air Trips Depart & Return from LaGuardia Airport, NYC
¤ Most Air Trips depart NYC early morning on day of departure. Plan ahead, to be sure you are not rushed or stressed to make the plane.
¤ Hook up with others on same trip to share limo or van to-from the airport
¤ Pitch in and help load and unload the buses on day of arrival and day of departure
¤ Have an up-to-date US Passport for travel outside the USA (FYI - Canada is not part of the USA)
¤ Goal is to pack xx bags maximum with total weight less than XX pounds (check with trip leader for specific airline rules)

¤ Bus Trips typically Depart & Return to Exit 49 (Route 110) Park-&-Ride in Melville, NY on North Service Road of the LIE (Route 495)
¤ If arranged, ahead of time with the trip leader, a second pick-up and drop-off point is in Deepdale, Queens

¤ NOTE: 1-Day bus trips depart very earlier in the morning (i.e. 4 ~ 6 AM). Do not be late, as bus will not wait if you arrive late. Contact the trip leader at least 24 hours before the trip, to confirm the load and departure time.
¤ Pitch in and help load and unload the buses
¤ Have an up-to-date US Passport for travel outside the USA (Canada is not part of the USA - no kidding!)
¤ Please pack your skis and poles in a ski bag, as it can protect gear from damage and makes loading and un-loading the ski gear on and off of the bus much easier
