One-Day Bus Trip
Saturday - December 22, 2007
• Leave Rte. 110 Park & Ride (exit 49) at 5AM
(you snooze you lose)
• Leave Deepdale (LIE exit 32) at 5:15AM
(Must request Deepdale in advance)
• Travel in Deluxe professionally piloted Motor Coach
• Snooze until 7:30 am, when sumptuous Continental breakfast is served
• Enjoy ski video with breakfast
• Don't forget your orange ribbons, radios and whistles
• Ski snow covered Jiminy Peak till 4:15pm
All must be on board for departure at 4:30 pm
• Enjoy a gourmet feast on the ride home while
chatting about the day's adventure
• Relax and watch a feature film or nap on the ride home.
Payment in full is due at sign up
Members = $50
Guests of members on the trip = $70
Children = $70 (Children are welcome (w/parents signed waiver
form) must be provided before the trip.)
Children & Guests of members may participate
only if member is present on the trip.
There is room for 50 participants. We expect an early sell-out.
Cancellation fee anytime is $15
Cancellation fee 11/7-12/5/2007 $30
Cancellation fee after 12/5/2007……Up to full amount of trip.
After December 5th refunds, if any, will depend
upon whether the trip fills.
Substitutions will be not be allowed
unless the waiting list is exhausted. (Please do
not send someone in your place the day of the trip as they will be
sent home) Substitutions must be approved
by the trip leader by December 21st
